Delete your account

Delete in Deficut, or request help by email without reinstalling the app.

In the app

Sign in, open your account screen, choose Delete account, and confirm. Deletion is permanent.

By email

Send a request from your account email if possible. If you used Apple’s private relay or lost email access, tell us your sign-in method. We verify ownership; never send passwords, codes or health records.

Send to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Deficut account”. The button opens your email app; you still need to send the message.

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What happens to your data

Your account, profile, goals, synced logs, recipes, workouts, subscription-access record and saved reviews are removed from the active database. The app attempts cleanup on the deleting device. After email deletion is confirmed, clear app data on your devices to remove offline copies.

Shared food products remain without account attribution. Original health-store records, store purchases, backups and provider records are handled separately. See the retention details.
