Signing in

Use your original sign-in method. For an email account, choose Forgot password? and enter the emailed code in Deficut. For signup verification, request or resend the verification code and enter the newest six-digit code in Deficut. Password-reset help.

Subscriptions

Try Restore purchases using the store account that paid. Manage billing, cancellation and refunds through Apple or Google Play.

Syncing

Check your connection and tap the sync indicator to retry. Contact us before uninstalling or clearing data if changes have not synced.
